January Revival
January has always been a reviving month for me…holidays wane and eventually disappear, leaving the forced hyacinths and amaryllis to bloom, a reminder that spring is just around the corner (well okay but it’s close). It’s the new year and I have HOPE! I also have new designs , some for less cold climates and spring/summertime wear. I have new ideas about how we can still feel invested and energized, even in these relatively tough times. By immersing ourselves in our own or someone else’s art, even a day spent at home with the wood stove and Imogen Heap can feel renewing. I have lots of tips for getting through (like, rent the “Rivers and Tides” DVD)…email me if you’d like to hear more…
Thanks to all who leave messages on the blog. Remember that if you have a specific question you would like answered, leave your contact information. Of course you can always email me directly: info@greenpointdesign.net
I’ll be back soon with photos of my new collection. Until then, enjoy your On the Line in Newfoundland ‘09 calendars because except for two, they are sold out!
MECA Show
I’ll be at the MECA Holiday Fair December 5,6,7 in Portland with hats! and prints! and calendars! This is a great opportunity to try on a variety of hats to see which one feels like home…maybe you’ll even see my friend Madeline in her own Green Point Design Baby original!
For more information, go to the MECA website.
